Mr. Lai graduated from Jinan University with his Bachelor Degree，then obtained his Master Degree from Hong Kong Baptist University and his Doctor Degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing. He is now a member of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Vice President of Guangzhou Association of Industry and Commerce, the Executive Vice President of Guangzhou Glory Society, the Vice-chairman of Nansha District People’s Political Consultative Committee and the President of Nansha Association of Industry and Commerce.
