Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with J. Michael McQuade, Senior Vice President at United Technologies Corporation, on Sept 23 in Beijing, where they exchanged views on China's economic development and the Belt and Road Initiative.

Also taking part were Wang Xiaoming, research fellow of DRC's Research Department of Industrial Economy and Feng Wei, assistant research fellow of DRC's International Cooperation Department.
