Chairman of the Supervisory Board, China Development Bank (CDB)

Mr. Liu Meisheng is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CDB. He started his professional career in June 1974. He joined CDB from Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) where he had served as deputy general manager and then general manager of ADBC Shanghai branch, and later as Vice President of ADBC. Previously, he was a deputy general manager of Agricultural Bank of China at its Shanghai branch.

Born in December 1956 in Shanghai, Mr. Liu is a certified senior economist and graduated from Fudan University where he studied Political Economics in the Department of Economics.
