Philippe Scholtès is also Director of the Agribusiness Development Branch at the Vienna headquarters. In this latter role, he initiated a partnership with the Food and Agricultural Organization, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the African Union and the African Development Bank for the establishment of the African Agribusiness and Agro industries Development Initiative or 3ADI, now a flagship programme.
