Graduated in July 1983 from Inner Mongolia University. Appointed Director-General of the Development Research Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in October, 2014. His research interests include long-term local development strategy and economic trends, regional economics, and development planning. He has published over 100 papers in leading domestic and international journals and authored multiple books
