Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met on Nov 15 with Michael Scuse, Under Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture, who was taking part in the 3rd China's Food Security and Food Safety Strategy Summit 2015.

Attending the meeting were Yu Bin, Director of DRC's General Office and Director of the Macro-economy Department of the DRC, Cheng Guoqiang, Director-General of DRC's International Cooperation Department, and other research fellows.
