She Yu, research fellowof the Research Department of Social Development of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), participated in the Fourth China Education Finance Symposium and the 2018 Annual Meeting of Education Finance Committee of China Education Development Strategy Society in Nanjing, Jiangsu province in Southeast China, from November 24 to 25.
