Ma Jiantang, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Homero Acosta Álvarez, Secretary of the Council of State of Cuba on June 19.

Ma introduced China's reform and opening-up process and related economic policies and listened to Álvarez’s briefing on Cuba's current constitutional reform process and achievements.

The two sides also exchanged ideas on challenges and measures in the process of reform of the two countries.
