Ma Jiantang, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and Bu Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, signed a memorandum of cooperation on July 22.
Yu Bin, Director of the General Office of DRC, hosted the ceremony.
