The Fuzhou horn comb is one of the most famous traditional brands in China. It also gained the popularity among foreign customers by winning the “Gold Medal” and “Golden Shield” awards in several World Expositions in Panama, Chicago, and Canada.
The combs are made of buffalo horns in southern China and sheep horns in northern China. It needs 25 steps to create a high-quality corn that is of natural color and texture. Now the production of the horn comb adopts lacquer painting techniques to decorate the comb with a dozen of traditional decorative patters, including plants and animals such as tiger, leopard, lion, and elephant.
