Description: The base will occupy a 333.33-hectare area with 30 flower species. There are plans to introduce top-quality orchids from Taiwan for a 15,000-square-meter planting area and a 33.33-hectare demonstration base growing orchids on 200 hectares. The project is expected to provide about 100 million cut flowers and 2 million orchid seedlings, with annual sales of 150 million yuan ($24.4 million) and profits of 25 million yuan, within four years of the project completion.
