47 homes were burnt in a fire that broke out
in a residential community in southeast China's Fuzhou city Sunday morning, according to the local fire department.
The fire occurred at 00:30 a.m., and it was put out in about three hours after engulfing an area of 900 square meters. Local fire department had sent 140 fire fighters to put out the fire.
Buildings in the Tonghui residential community were built in bricks and wood, which is easy to increase the spread of fire.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported in the fire.
