Free medical services were offered at Wanbaojiahua Community in downtown Pingtan on July 10.

The doctors were students from the Fuzhou-based Fujian Medical University. They provided regular physical exams, circulated fliers with health information, and gave away medical kits to seniors in the community.

The campaign is to increase local residents’ health awareness as well as improve their health, according to team leader Ren Shuang.
