A cross-Straits original music concert was held in Haicang Cultural Center Studio Theatre, Xiamen, a coastal city in Fujian province, on October 25, as an important activity of the 2nd Original Music Festival.

 Musicians from both sides, including Yang Mu, a Taiwanese veteran music producer, Chen Yanhong, a famous Taiwanese finger-style guitar player, Guo Li, a modern ballet dancer, Xiamen M.I.X band and CS vocal band, showed up at the concert and brought a visual and aural carnival to Xiamen people.

 Yang Mu, the sponsor of “Music Xiamen”, an organization which aims to unite musicians on both sides to promote original music development, said that “Music Xiamen” is working to create a local music festival tailored only for Xiamen.
