Chinese President Xi Jinping made a whirlwind tour in Fuzhou, capital city of Fujian province, on Nov 1.
Xi worked as the Party Secretary of Fuzhou from 1990 to 1996. He also assumed multiple senior posts at the municipal People’s Congress and military commands during that period.
