Fujian's officials and staffers at all levels are studying Chinese president Xi Jinping's speech spirits, trying to promote Fuzhou's development in every aspect. Xi investigated the Fujian province on Nov 1 and expressed concerns over Fujian’s development.

To improve social stability and promote social equality and justice, Fuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau will strengthen the law enforcement and professional qualities to create a more stable and safer social environment for the development of Minjiang’s golden-triangle economic circle.

By accelerating the scientific development and the construction of an ecological civilization demonstration zone, Fuzhou would further promote its structural reform in regards to its economy and society, according to Fuzhou’s Municipal Development and Reform Commission.

Besides, it would focus on developing 44 provincial leading industrial manufacturing enterprises and two new enterprises with tens of billions, and therefore promoting the development of modern industries, according to the economy & information commission of Fuzhou.

Zhao Shouzhen, who once worked with Xi, encouraged the young officials to learn from Xi’s good work ethics, and to help the people in the grassroots solve the problems.

Xi also encouraged the technological enterprises to enhance their own independent innovation abilities, and promote the construction of Fujian during the investigation.
