Zheng Xiaosong, deputy governor of Fujian province, led a delegation from the provincial government to Heping county in Zhangzhou city on Friday to greet locals prior to Spring Festival.

The officials made door-to-door calls on residents with financial difficulties and urged cadres to pay attention to improving their living conditions.
