2,100 self-made lanterns, as well as 1,591 creative lanterns, will be turned on for the 2015 Siming Creative and Self-made Lantern Live Exhibition in Xiamen’s parks over the next few days.
The 2015 Siming Creative and Self-made Lantern Live Exhibition will be held until March 8, and the light time will be 18:00 to 22:00.
With an entire exhibition period of 9 days, the 2015 Haicang New Year Lantern Festival will be held from February 16 to March 10, and the lighting time will be 18:30 to 22:00 every day. The festival will be held at the Haicang Culture Center Square, the Aluohai Square, the Haicang Bay Park, the No.3 Hailin Road, and other roads in the district. There will be 18 sets of lanterns shown during the festival with their designs combined with various elements such as Giant Rubber Duck, little kangaroo, public bicycles, etc.
