XIAMEN - Chinese President Xi Jinping started to deliver a keynote speech at the opening of the BRICS Business Forum on Sunday in the southeastern city of Xiamen, Fujian Province.

The two-day forum is a side-event of the ninth BRICS summit scheduled for Sept. 3-5 in the city.
