Fuzhou, capital city of East China’s Fujian province, is currently overwhelmed with a strong festive mood as it gears up for the upcoming first Digital China Conference.
The conference is scheduled to be held in Fuzhou on April 22-24. With a key focus on the construction of digital China, a main forum and several sub-forums are planned covering topics related to e-government, digital economy, smart society, new smart cities, big data, digital Fujian, the digital Maritime Silk Road and the internet of things.
The latest achievements on e-government and digital economy, such as face recognition and voice recognition technologies, will be displayed in an exhibition to be held during the event.
Baidu Inc, Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, Tencent Holdings Ltd, JD.com and other leading tech and digital-related companies have registered for the exhibition.
The city, with many venues adorned with blossoms, has put on a refreshing new look and is set to impress guests from across the world.
