The 2018 Shishi Fashion Week kicked off in Shishi, East China's Fujian province on April 17.
The fashion week, comprising 15 runway shows, is scheduled to run until April 20.
Notably, this year, on top of the presence of international brands, Shishi's locally influential fashion brands are also set for the first time to debut their latest products over the week, covering business attire, women's wear and children's outfits.
Meanwhile, the awarding ceremony for the top ten fashion designers in the province is also to be staged on the sidelines.
Shishi city, which is best-known for its casual wear, is one of the hotbeds of China's fashion industry.
With a strong and ever-expanding garment industry, the city has cultivated a number of award-winning designers, including winners of the Golden Thimble Award, China's top prize for garment design.
