The 21st Straits Textile Clothing Fair is currently being held in Shishi, East China's Fujian province.
More than 600 companies in the sector from the mainland and Taiwan participated in the fair, showcasing the products ranging from fabrics and material to sewing machines.
Shishi, the host city, is one of the hotbeds of China's fashion industry. Each year, about 1.1 billion pieces of clothes produced in Shishi are sold to more than 160 countries and regions across the world.
With a ever-expanding garment industry, the city has also cultivated a number of award-winning designers, including winners of the Golden Thimble Award, China's top prize for garment design.
