Stone Castle, the centerpiece of the second Sand Sculpture Festival, is completed on June 5. The three-layer creation measures 60 meters by 50 meters and 18 meters tall, and takes up 12,000 cubic meters of sand. It is a collection of Pingtan’s characteristic folk dwellings in miniature.
