2009 Hangzhou Electronics & Information Fair to be held 2009-6-24 The 2009 Hangzhou Electronics & Information Fair (eif09) co-organized by the Hangzhou municipal government and Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association is set to be held in Hangzhou from September 10 to 13.
The exhibition will attract exhibitors from Chinese mainland, Taiwan and foreign countries to present their high-end technology products for the trade promotion of electronic information and the communication industry, said Tong Guili, vice mayor of Hanghzou at a Beijing press conference.
Products like computers, communication equipment, equipment for home security and information security as well as e-commerce software and the latest 3G electromechanical devices will be presented at different themed venues of the exhibition.
As of June, a great number of well-known manufactures and enterprises had already applied to participate in the exhibition.
This year, the organizers have also invited top manufactures and enterprises to hold various themed summit forums, inviting specialists to make predictions regarding new trends in information technology.
The exhibition also aims to attract and invite buyers from the newly-emerging markets following on from the financial crisis, from diverse regions such as the Middle West and Latin America.
The fair has been successfully held for two sessions and in 2008, it attracted exhibitors from over 16 countries and regions and over 10,000 visitors.
