The Microsoft Great China Region 2010 Fiscal Year Staff Conference was held in Hangzhou on July 7th.

It was attended by Cai Qi, the city’s mayor, who extended a welcome to all the Microsoft present. In a brief speech, he commented on the impressive, energetic, and confident atmosphere.

“Together, We Can” was the theme of Microsoft Great China Region 2010 Fiscal Year Staff Conference, which reflected the confidence of Microsoft toward the future. Microsoft’s determination to win in the future was a call of the confidence in the world.

This was the first time that Microsoft chose a city in mainland China to hold its Great China Region staff conference. Earlier this year, Microsoft signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Hangzhou municipal government to form a three-year strategic partnership to build business and computer centers in the city.
