1000-year-old town opens to tourists as of National Day

Tangqi, an ancient town with more than 1,000-year history, is located at the Hangzhou section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. With streets and architectures restored, the town will be open to tourists as of the National Day which falls on Oct. 1.
