To honor the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a grand parade was held along the Qiantangjiang River on Saturday morning to display the glorious achievements of East China’s Zhejiang province.

The show consisted of six sections: themed preface; praying for blessings; entrepreneurship; brilliance; harmonious homeland and beautiful future. More than 40 performance groups, made up of nearly 5000 people from over 30 counties and regions, took part in the show.
