The 6th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF) opened yesterday. The main venue is located in the World Leisure Expo Park in Xiaoshan as in previous years, in which a series of events will be held such as the China International Cartoon & Animation Industrial EXPO (CICAIE), talents recruitment, summit forums, etc.

There are three venues for this year's CICAIE:

Venue A: oriented in the cartoon and animation industry, which is a hub for national cartoon & animation base, national cultural revival base, delegations from major cities in mainland China as well as from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

Venue B: oriented in creation and technology, gathering enterprises majoring in cartoon & animation production, cartoon publishing, digital publishing and mobile phone cartoon & animation etc.

Venue C: oriented in trends, fashion and commodities, which is divided into extensive cartoon and animation commodities, digital auctions, leisure and drinks.

The admission ticket is 35 yuan per adult, 25 yuan per child between 1.0m and 1.5m high.

The COSPLAY Super Show boasts the most participants from the most extensive regions ever this year. The final competition is to be held in the World Theatre in the World Leisure EXPO Park. The admission is 30 yuan per person.

Tickets are available for sale from 9am to 5pm from Apr. 29th to May 2nd.

All passengers with EXPO admission tickets can travel for free on the following buses from today till May 3rd.
