Hangzhou's haircut at a snip of the price

Peter, a Chinese hairstylist, cuts his customer's hair in a luxurious salon in Hangzhou city, East China's Zhejiang province. The hairstylist came to Hangzhou city in 1997 and settled down in the city for almost 14 years. His customers are mainly white collar workers with high educational backgrounds and high incomes and his services cost around 50 yuan for a single hair cutting and several hundred yuan for a perm.
