"The Centrin Data System in our East China Data Center, upon completion, will become Asia's largest specialized data center, and will have strict requirements for power supply.

We require a 24-hour dual-loop and uninterruptible high capacity power supply. Issues relating to the dual-loop power supply are mostly resolved, but the key problem that now remains is a lack of power capacity." Zhang Jianyu, Assistant General Manager of the Shanghai office of Centrin Data Systems stated his concerns in an interview in early February this year. On February 12, the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone promptly introduced relevant policies to assist nine key enterprises, including Centrin Data Systems, solve development problems by directly linking them to the nine departments directly under the central management of the zone.

"We have carried out a detailed study of Centrin's power capacity problem. Linking Huaqiao's Power Supply Department with Centrin is conducive to the direct communication between Centrin and the department directly under the zone's central management," an official of Huaqiao Economic Development Zone told reporters. In recent years, the Huaqiao International Business Service Park has been constantly exploring ways to improve its service quality. While solving power supply problems by linking Centrin and to its power supply department, Huaqiao also linked all nine key enterprises with the nine departments directly under the central management of the zone in order to resolve issues in areas such as policy support, power supply and telecommunications in order to innovatively build a service brand for the business service park and develop its "soft-skill capacities." Solutions provided by Huaqiao include linking its finance branch with China Data Group to resolve issues of policy support, linking its telecommunications branch with Yuanyang Data to resolve issues relating to its telecommunication network, and linking Huaqiao Court with the Join-In International Business Park to resolve issues of intellectual property rights protection for enterprises operating in Huaqiao.

"We are linked to Huaqiao's power supply department and I believe that our power supply capacity issues will be resolved in the near future. This new business park policy has effectively met the needs of our business, enhanced Huaqiao's service brand in terms of professionalism, efficiency and timely response, and helped to build our confidence in staying and growing in Huaqiao," said an official at Centrin. An official of the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone told reporters that Huaqiao strives to take on the responsibility of enhancing its service quality, creating an intimate and easy environment for business to develop, and accelerating the formation of the business park's core competitiveness.
