Tangram Customer Interaction Center begins operation

Tangram Customer Interaction Center (TCIC), one of the top three customer interaction service suppliers in China, has commenced operations in Huaqiao Internet Service Park, Kunshan.

With a total investment of one billion yuan, the Kunshan Huaqiao-based TCIC is the first customer interaction program introduced into Huaqiao.

The operation of TCIC looks set to further strengthen and perfect the economic outsourcing service industry chain of Huaqiao.

TCIC set up a 400-seat customer interaction platform in the first phase, and at the same time another 5000-seat center is in construction in Huaqiao. When completed and in use in 2010, TCIC will become the biggest customer interaction center in China.

At the moment, Huaqiao-based TCIC engages in offering services on financial consultation, market analysis and telemarketing, supplying services to Morgan Stanley, Barbie Doll, and Blueair (the biggest manufacturer of air purifier in the world), covering two kinds of services: call in and call out.

It is said that TDIC has served and is serving nearly 50 of the global top 500 enterprises, 200 customers in total, including Allianz Insurance, HSBC Bank and Mercedes-Benz. Despite the impact of the economic downturn, TDIC was able to establish a 30% increase in market sales this year.

The immense potential of demand has seen TDIC decision to grasp the chance to enlarge its scale, and Huaqiao became its choice destination with unique advantages of cost and location.
