The registration office of the Administration Service Centre at Huaqiao are now authorized to examine the materials of house properties, in addition to the former acceptance of the materials.

Thereafter, those, whose house property documents are accepted and examined by Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, will be approved after the final review by Kunshan House Swap Management Centre.

With this regulation, the number of intermediate steps are being reduced and the time shortened.
