To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of People’s Republic of China and ensure the security of the construction sites during the National Day, the planning and construction bureau of Huaqiao economic development zone announced a notice on Monday, with stipulations as follows:

First, to implement the management system for securities all units are required to raise the safety consciousness and overcome freak accidents. Any problem existing in construction or labor relations should be solved and settled. A responsible system should be established to ensure the implementation of scientific and rational emergency plans.

Second, to strengthen the management of the construction sites all machines, facilities, and electricity should be checked over and improved to ensure the neatness and orderliness of the sites.

Third, to enhance the vehicle control transportation vehicles should be covered closely in case of polluting the city roads. This will be implemented to ensure the neighboring safety.

Fourth, to enhance labor management any new farmer immigrant should apply for a temporary residence permit in three day. The salary sums and the procedures for the payoff should be indicated in a pamphlet so as to avoid the cases of appeal to the higher authorities for help.

Fifth, people should be arranged to stay in the construction site to ensure site safety during the National Day. In case of emergencies, they should report to the relevant officials and handle the cases timely and effectively.
