A delegation from Yunling Agriculture Association, Taiwan visited the Cross-straits Trade Zone in Huaqiao Park on July 1 to seek more business opportunities.

The manager of the Cross-straits Trade Zone informed the delegates of the zone’s planning, position and current progress. The members of delegation spoke highly of this project. They said that it provided an important platform for Taiwan agricultural products to enter the mainland market, presenting a closer cooperation with both sides.

Since the launch of the project, Yunling Agriculture Association has paid huge attention on its progress. This time they wanted to make a field research, have a better understanding of the project’s operation pattern and further regional exchange. And more to the point, to secure a win-win result for both sides.

The Cross-straits Trade Zone is a key project supported by the Jiangshu government designed to give Taiwan’s agricultural products easy access to the mainland markets. It is greeted with a warm welcome and applause from Taiwan. The Federation of Taiwan Industries, Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association and other organizations have exchanged ideas with Huaqiao Park for business cooperation.
