A new entertainment and recreational zone serving business people and visitors in Huaqiao is scheduled for completion in May 2011, and will open the following October.

The zone will serve an area about 115.9 square kilometers in size that will include recreational facilities, office buildings, business streets and hotels.

A 24-story main building will provide business professionals a place to eat and play, and a way for visitors and other local residents to spend their leisure time.
