MIT (made in Taiwan province) selected shopping mall opened to the public in Huaqiao on Aug. 25.
The MIT shopping mall is located in the Cross-Straits Commercial Cooperation Zone, which offers a vital platform for exchange between both sides of the Straits. Goods travel from Taiwan province for sale on the Chinese mainland.
The MIT shopping mall was built on the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement that aims to create investment and trade opportunities on both sides of the Straits.
Many other events will also be held in the MIT shopping mall. Tainan cuisine exhibition displays a collection of Taiwan snacks, such as Aliang Fried Chicken, Xiangmei ice cream, Caijing hard bean curd and Zhou’s prawn roll.
