Li Xueyong, governor of Jiangsu province, investigated Kunshan enterprises involved with the development of strategic emerging industries on Sept 11. He spoke highly of Kunshan’s talent-oriented policy and leadership role. Li also expressed his hope that Kunshan would continue its transformation and innovative development, promote strategic emerging industries under the joint guidance of the government and the market, and shape a globally competitive modern industrial system.
