The financial BPO (business processing outsourcing) industry has been challenged by increasing human resource costs, business model transformations and management innovation issues. Meanwhile, financial institutions are changing management styles to be less extensive and more intensive. As one of the leading enterprises in the financial service outsourcing industry, China Data Group (CDG) continues to push for innovation. Its value proposition was based on “process management, standardization and intensification” but is now becoming “efficient operation, business model transformation and innovation acceleration”.
