IBM, Nanfang Media Group and iSoftStone signed a cooperation agreement to build the IBM Media Cloud Center of Excellence (IBM Media CCOE) in Huaqiao International Service Business Park on Aug 9.

Guan Aiguo, Party secretary of Kunshan city, and Lu Jun, mayor of Kunshan city, attended the signing and launching ceremony.

Lu said that the media cloud center will set a good example for the combination of large enterprises and serve as a service platform for cross-media content publishing and distribution

Based on the center, a joint venture will be established with a total registration capital of 50 million yuan ($8.18 million). The company's annual sales are estimated at 200 million yuan in one year. It will be engaged in cross-media content publishing and distribution as well as precision marketing and technical services, providing news, financial and industrial data services and new media services. IBM will supply the software and hardware equipment and overtake the company's core business and technical support. Nanfang Media Group will set up an independent research and development center in Huaqiao.
