The coastal city of Qingdao, East China’s Shandong province, will heavily promote itself at the 12th China Agriculture Trade Fair held at the Qingdao International Convention Center, Oct 25-28, expecting thousands of enterprises across the country to take part.

Covering an area of 3,800 square meters, the Qingdao exhibition area has attracted more than 200 local enterprises to display over 500 kinds of agricultural products. Themed “brand agriculture to boost blue economy”, it aimed to show advanced modern agricultural technology.

To promote advanced agricultural technology and facilitate the agricultural trade, the National Agriculture Ministry, with the support of the Commerce Department, has sponsored the China Agriculture Trade Fair for the past 11 years.
