When the curtain came down on the 12th China Agriculture Trade Fair at the Qingdao International Convention Center, East China’s Shandong province, on Oct 28th, the four-day fair had obtained a total volume of trade of 46.7 billion yuan ($7.6 billion).

The Qingdao delegation collected dozens of awards at the closing ceremony for its excellent agricultural products, exhibition area design and organization.

China’s Agriculture Ministry, with help from the Commerce Dept, has sponsored the Agriculture Trade Fair for the past 11 years with the idea of advancing agricultural technology and the agriculture business.
