The Urban Construction and Development Forum of Culture City of East Asia, with the theme "innovation, development, cooperation, and win-win", was held in Qingdao on Dec 30, 2015. It summarized the achievements of 2015 Culture City of East Asia.

Qingdao, Niigata and Cheongju signed 2015 Culture City of East Asia Joint-Declaration to provide detailed supports to the future cooperation among Culture Cities of East Asia.

The three cities will further promote multilateral cooperation and interactions among the citizens and forge a new cooperation network among Culture City of East Asia in each years.
