More than 300 cultural relics related to the ancient maritime Silk Road are on show at Shandong Museum from August 8 to November 28.
These relics are collected from 50 museums at eight cities, covering dozens of categories like porcelain, pottery, and silk products.
“The relics provide people a good platform to understand the evolution of trade and cultural communication between the east and west countries,” said Xie Zhixiu, head of the Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau.
