Baobo, China’s only newspaper in Myanmar began publication on Dec 4, Yunnan Daily reported.

The newspaper was approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television in June.

In recent years, thanks to the exchanges and cooperation between China and Myanmar, more people from the country are coming to  China for business or investment.

The newspaper will serve the trade and cultural exchanges between the two nations and deepen their friendship.
