A Yunnan Ethnic Traditional Costume Exhibition was held at the Yunnan Art Institute on Jan 8, Yunnan Information Daily reported.

A total of 203 costumes from 26 ethnic groups were exhibited on stage, 70 of which were from the successors of the intangible cultural heritages.

Visitors were impressed with different styles of ethnic costumes such as the spider web clothing of Laku ethnicity.

The sponsors held a seminar on traditional Yunnan costumes for people to learn more about Yunnan. They will also compile a painting album of traditional costumes.
