Once renowned for its antique houses, Jonker Walk (Jalan Hang Jebat) is a street in Melaka's historical Chinatown district. Over the years, the houses have turned into clothing shops, craft stores and restaurants. Jonker Walk is most famous for its night market on Fridays and Saturdays, which sells everything from tasty treats to shiny souvenirs.

Zhouzhuang, dubbed "Venice of the East", is noted for its profound cultural background, well-preserved ancient residential houses and elegant riverside views.

The culture week is expected to last until the end of this month.
