Modern concubines must not be admired

The TV series Dwelling Narrowness (Woju) has become popular in China recently. The story discusses many aspects of urban reality and almost all young viewers can find a part of themselves in it. Two days ago, a junior student studying in my former college said: "I want to be a concubine after watching the drama, and my roommates have the same thoughts."

Modern concubines must not be admired

I even found that many college girls have put their concubine experiences online. Despite their excuses, I believe being a concubine is stupid.

There is the case of a girl named Jiu who comes from a single family. She wrote on her blog that she lives with a married man who is old enough to be her father. He gives her what she wants - an apartment, a car, and money for luxury products.

Jiu wrote that the man treated her well because she was young and pretty. All the goods offered are unattainable by other guys her age.

Some college girls even compete with each other when their sugar daddies come to pick them up for a weekend of fun, or show off their new luxury products. For them, beauty and youth are bargaining chips. But they have forgotten that youth doesn't last forever, and married men can dump them anytime.

Another girl called Cheng Ming used to be a weekend lover for a married man for three years. Cheng is from a poor area and the man paid her 200,000 yuan and covered all her daily expenses. Cheng now feels guilty for selling herself. I believe that guilt will stay with her and might also cause difficulties in a future marriage.

Last but not least, there's the moral issue. Listen up girls, you are not only dating older guys but ones who have wives and children. No matter how fast the world changes, rules and morals are steadfast. Seducing another person's husband should never become a fashion, as it will always turn you into a person hated by everyone.
