Michelin chefs
From Aug 23-26, join 3-Michelin Star chef Ferran Adria of elBulli restaurant in Catalonia, Spain, and 2-Michelin Star chef Dani Garci of Calima restaurant, Marbella, Spain, at Raffles Beijing Hotel's Jaan Restaurant. The star chefs will team up with Jaan to give a cooking demonstration on Aug 23, followed by a gourmet gala dinner. Dani Garcia will prepare lunch and dinner from Aug 24 to 26.
