Should divorce be made more difficult?

A woman might want to discuss alimony, or discuss who gets the car or which one, or about selling the house or who lives in it or for how long, or discuss who owns which piece of furniture or which pet, and gives the woman time to get a job if she doesn't have one already. But a divorce when no children are involved can be as quick as one month.
