Jon (Finland)
In Finland, we get 18 days of paid paternal leave, and in addition get to split 158 days more between parents (all at about 70% of salary, with all the associated job protection for returning to work etc.). Because I wanted to see my kids grow up, we decided to split the 158 day period on an every-other-day basis. It was an experience I will never forget.
